My story
A bit about me
I first came to the Alps in the late ‘90s, planning to spend just one ski season—but like many others, I fell in love with the region and made it my home. I spent several years working for TUI as the Alps Property Manager before launching a bespoke property management business in the Upper Tarentaise.
Over time, friends and clients frequently sought my advice on property—whether for location insights, renovation costs, or rental yield potential. This demand led to the creation of my bespoke property-finding service, and in 2024, I joined Leggett International Immobilier.
Leggett’s extensive international marketing reach, coupled with its recent partnership with Hamptons Private Office, has drawn an increasing number of clients seeking prestige properties in the Upper Tarentaise. My deep-rooted local connections, built over years of working within the community, allow me to source off-market properties before they become publicly available.

We currently live in Seez with our 4 children who were born in Bourg Saint Maurice, and have grown up in the mountains. Hamish divides his time between ski instruction in Val d'Isere and Property developing renovation in the summer
